Eating out
You don’t go on holiday to spend all your time cooking. Fortunately you are spoilt for choice about places to eat out.

Whatever your taste, you will find a
restaurant to cater for it - even McDonalds!

At lunchtimes the menu del dia is both
popular and cheap. Prices around 8€ for three courses and a drink is exceptional value.for money
Traditional food of the area includes all manner of fish: dorada - sea bream, gambas - prawns, merluza - hake, emperador - sword fish, atun - tuna to name a few.
Paella is also a specialty - Valencian style with rabbit and snails or for the less bold with chicken and peppers or prawns and white fish.
You’ll find plenty of places serving tapas - patatas bravas, ensalada rusa,
albondigas, calamares and boquerones fritas etc. that go down well with a  cana of  cerveza (beer) at lunchtime or in the evening.
